1. in case of an open unemployment over a person is willing to work, but he does not get a place aur opportunity to work .On the other hand in ques of distinguished unemployment ,more number of people work for the same work that can be Chi carried out by lesser people, Thus the unlimited effort of these peoples is actually in null.
2. open unemployment can be received while disguised unemployment cannot be easily perceived
3. in open unemployment, the overall economy of a country can be affected positively and negatively if employee join or leaves, but in disguised unemployment, it doesn't matter whether they are there or not .
4. all employees are important in open unemployment while extra employees mean nothing in disguised unemployment
5. in open unemployment, the individual is not earning a penny, violin disguised unemployment the lowest feels he is contributing something, why he is of no use to that work as he is treated "extra"
