Communication is a process which initiates from a sender or source who transmits a message to the receiver who then decodes the message to generate meaning.

This includes methods of encoding a message and decoding a message.


Oral communication:

This type of communication is done via use of voice, actions, body language, expression, etc. As its name indicates, its oral and verbal and non verbal as well.

It may be making expressions like rolling eyes.

It may include speaking,

moving of hands as gestures, etc.


Written communication:

This refers to communication of sending message is done through written documents or forms, anything seen and verifiable as evidence.

Written may be in mail, in fax, in tangible hard copy on paper, etc.
