- this is a kind of social difference where superior community will have more importance.
- eg:in Sri Lanka sinhali language people have more importance where has tamil people have less importance.
cross cutting :
- in this type of society the communities will cross cut each other .
- meaning they all share a common interest in one type topic where as they share different things /interest on another topic
- eg: in Belgium all language people have equal rights.
