Number of members

Partnership contain minimum two members and maximum 50 members.

Sole proprietorship contain only single person.

Capital contribution

In a partnership every partners contribute the capital for the business.

In a sole proprietorship only a single person contribute.

Secrecy

In partnership secrecy is maintained by each and every partner of a business.

On the other hand in sole proprietorship the secrecy is maintain by a single person.
