Distinguish between perennial and non perennial river

perinnal rivers means rivers which flows water continually but where as non perinnial rivers means rivers which will not have water flow continually.. example for perinnial rivers are all Himalayan rivers. they have glaciers which melt in summer and gives water flow even in summer

Perennial rivers get water which means they flow almost with the same pace in all season's during an year but non perennial rivers get dried up in summer some times they can be just found as stream
