distinguish between permanent and meristmattic tissues

Meristem is a type of tissue system in plants, composed of a mass of undifferentiated cells and their primary function is to take part in thegrowth of plants. Permanent tissues are originated and differentiated from meristematic tissues.

Those merastimatic tissues which have lost there capacity to divide hence they are called permanent whereas meraistamatic tissues are capable of dividing themselves ..
