Population growth means when a country's populations birth date is more than the death rate.Examples of this is seen in china and india.

Population density means when a large number of people are shifted / migrated to a place.for example- Germans shifted to Poland and Poland people were all segregated to different parts of the world .

Population growth refers to the increase in the number of inhabitants of a region during a specific period of time  whereas density of population refers to number of persons per unit area
