Primary activities are those activities that which involve exploitation of natural resources. It is the base for production of other goods that is it provides raw materials. Tertiary activities are those activities that provide services to the people.

In primary sector we make use of raw materials for eg. sunlight etc. Activities in primary sector are agriculture etc. And territory sector provide services to both secondary and primary sector for eg transport etc..
