the main differences includes -

1. primary sex organs  produce gametes whereas secondary sex organs  do not produce gametes.They are concerned with the conduction of gametes.

2. primary sex organs also secrete sex hormones whereas secondary sex organs  do not secrete sex hormones.

3. Testes in male and ovaries in female are examples of primary sex organs whereas .Epididymes , vasa deferentia, penis, etc are secondary sex organs in male and oviducts, uterus, etc are examples of secondary sex organs in females.
