Eukaryotic cell have well defined and developed nucleus where is prokaryotic cell have an developed and not defined nucleus

prokaryotic cell do not contain a nuclear membrane where as a eukaryotic cell contain a cell membrane.
it is difficult to define the parts of prokaryotic cell in a particular place. eukaryotic cell parts has a specific place .
