the prokaryotic cells consists under defined nucleus..

but the Eukaryotic cells consists of well defined nucleus that is presence of good nuclear membrane.... you know EU means true.. I hope this helps thank you...

Eukaryotic cells have distinct nucleus i.e. the nuclear membrane is covered/surrounded by nuclear membrane...
