Eukaryotic cells do not have a nucleus also the D.N.A is scattered.
Prokaryotic cells have nucleus also D.N.A is arranged properly.

eukaryotic cells do not have a well defined nucleus andbthe nuclear material is scattered throughout whereas in prokaryotic cells it is not like that. they have a proper nucleus
