PROKARYOTIC-- (1)Size generally small
(2)Nuclear region is not well-defined and not surrounded by nuclear membrane and known as nucleoid.
(3)Chromosomes are single and round shaped
(4)Membrane bound cell organelles absent

EUKARYOTIC-- (1)Size generally large
(2)Nuclear region is well defined and surrounded by a nuclear membrane.
(3)More than one chromosome and rod shaped.
(4)Membrane bound cell organelles present.

prokaryotic cell
1.it has primitive nucleus 
2.cell organelles are absent except 70's ribosomes
eg; cynobacteria (or) blue green algae

eukaryotic cell
1.it has advanced nucleus
2.all cell organelles are present including 80's ribosomes
eg: plant cell and animal cell
