Promotion:

Demotion:

• Demotion is the shift in position of the employee at an industry where the responsibility is decreased.
• It refers to the decrease in rank, status and responsibility.
• Demotion is just merely opposite to promotion.
• These are the changes in position made in a company either improvement or deprovement.
