Distinguish between renewable resources and non-renewable resources on the basis of following parameters: (i) availability (ii) effects of human activities

Answer:

Renewable: These resource are renewed or replenished by nature in a short span of time. Often these are available continuously like solar energy water etc. Renewable resource can be divided into continuous or flow.

Non-Renewable: These resources may not be replenished by nature or take very long geological time to be  formed again. These resource are exhausted after use Ex-fossils etc. Non-renewable resources can be recyclable or non-recyclable.

I)Renewable resources are available more. It won't get exhausted.

ex=Sun, Water,Wind

Non Renewable resources are in limited supply.

It gets exhausted if not preserved at a particular time.

ex=Fossil Fuels

ii)Renewable resources won't get much effected due to human activities. But surely pollution occurs..

Non Renewable resources because of growing population demand is increasing. It is getting exhausted. Even when we burn fossil fuels they give out lot of smoke which pollute our environment
