resistor: those substances which have comparatively high resistance than conductor are know as resistor. e.g. nichrome and manganin.
good conductor:the substances which have very low electrical resistance are known as good conductor. e.g. copper and aluminium.
insulator:the substances which have infinitely high electrical resistance are known as insulator. e.g. rubber and wood.
