Difference Between Wholesale and Retail. ... While a wholesaler sells goods to the businesses, as they purchase goods to sell it further. On the other hand, a retailer targets final consumer and sells goods to them.

1:- The services provide by wholesaler to producer,retailer or society are called wholesale trading services where as the services provide by retailer to consumer or wholesaler are called Retail trading services.

2:- In wholesale trading facility( i.e from wholesaler )one can purchase goods on low rates where as  from retail trading services ( i.e from retailer) one cannot purchase goods on less price as compared to whoesaler
