Distinguish between seasonal employment and disguised employment? in 80-100 words..........

Seasonal employment r those employment which comes with season...like at the time of harvesting and in the rest time those people are considered as seasonal unemployment people whereas disguised is hidden unemployment...like a family of 10 member r engaged on a single piece of land but the work can be done by 4 people so the rest 6 are disguised unemployment.....
