Sial:
1. Top layer of Crust   
2. Composed of Silicates and aluminium
3. Sial runs between 5 km and 70 km deep.

Sima:
1. Lower layer of Crust
2. Composed of Silicates and manganese
3. This layer is called the 'basalt layer' of the crust.
