speed is the distance travel by an object in a given interval of time . Speed has only magnitude . Speed = distance/time .
On the otherhand Velocity is the displacement of an object in a given interval of time . Velocity = displacement/time . Velocity has both magnitude as well as directions.

Hey buddy!
Here's your answer... ⬇️ ...
==========================
⚫️SPEED
1) Speed is defined as the distance covered per unit time.
2) Speed of an object tells us how fast does it move.
3) Speed of an object is a scalar and is always positive.
4) The average speed of a moving object is always finite and cannot be zero.
⚫️VELOCITY
1) Velocity is defined as the displacement covered per unit time.
2) Velocity of an object tells us how fast and in which direction the given object moves.
3) Velocity of an object is a vector and can be positive or negative.
4) The average velocity of a moving object can be zero too.
