it occurs due mismatch between what company requires and what a worker can offer. It other words, It
caused by a mismatch between the skills that workers in the economy can offer, and the skills which a employer requires.

It occurs due to change in technology. When a company introduce labour saving machine, it reduces the man power requirement and results in unemployment.
