Central bank is a statuary body which issues the currency (except coins and 1 rupee note). and work as a adviser/banker of government and alsi banker of commercial bank .

Central Bank

1. The Central Bank control and regulates the total banking system of a nation

2. The central Bank issues currency and controls the supply of money in the market

3. It is the banker to the government

Commercial bank

1. The commercial bank is banks of the common public

2. The commercial bank does not have the rights to issue currency.  

3. The commercial bank creates credit within the economy
