Potential resources are those whose entire quantity may not be known and these are not being used at present . 

Actual resources are those resources whose quantity is known. These resources are being used in the present. The uranium found in Ladakh is an example of potential resource that could be used in the future.

Natural Resources and Man Made Resources :-

Natural resources are provided to us by nature but human made resources are made by humans. ...

Man made resources includes buses, buildings, mobile etc. And natural resources includes stars, planets, plants, etc.

Abiotic and Biotic :-

Abiotic components are non-living chemical and physical factors in the environment which affect ecosystems. 

Biotic describes a living component of an ecosystem; for example organisms, such as plants and animals. ... All living things — autotrophs and heterotrophs — plants, animals, fungi, bacteria.
