jobber gives you a job without any commision or any alternative way.
but a broker gives you any thing in return of commision assigned by him/her and if he/she couldn't do what you want in direct way then they use indirect way to do so.

Answer:

Jobber is a dealer who deals in buying and selling of securities where as a broker is an agent who deals in buying and selling of securities on behalf of his client. Jobber gets profit for his dealings whereas broker gets consideration of commission. Jobber carry out all his dealings with broker and  the broker carry out his dealings with jobber but on behalf of the investors.
