METAPHASE:
1)chromosomes are all algin on the equatorial region
2)formation of the metaphasic plate
3)centromere touches equatorial line and their arms facing respective poles
4)the spindle fibres are attached to kinetochore
5)chromosomes are divide and produce daughter chromosomes
ANAPHASE:
1)the daughter chromosome started moving from equatorial towards their poles
2)the spindle fibres are shortening
3)the chromosomes alignment is in such a way that promo centrosomes takes the leading position on their arms follows
4)chromosomes during their movement looks like V J I And rod ahapes
5)chromosomes reaches their poles
hope it may help u

Meta-phase
*Spindle fibres attached to cynetocore of chromosome
*Chromosomes are moved to spindle equator(metaphase plate)
Anaphase
*Centromere split and chromatide separate
*Chromatides moves to opposite poles
