➡PubMed citations often include links to the full-text article on the publishers' Web sites and/or in PMC and the Bookshelf. MEDLINE is the largest subset of PubMed.PubMed citations are created for content not already in the MEDLINE database. Some PMC content, such as book reviews, is not cited in PubMed.

PubMed and PubMed Central are both scientific literature databases of biomedical and life sciences domains.
The difference between these two are;
PubMed: It only shows the citations and abstracts of the article and not the full-text of the article
PubMed Central: It is an e-digital repository that shows the complete or full-text article along with abstracts and citations.
