Sial is composed of silica and aluminium and consists of solid or continental parts of the Earth's crust. Sial is composed of many kinds of rocks which have the density and composition of GRANITE. Now coming to Sima ,it is composed of silica and magnesium whose composition is similar to that of BASALT.
