"The National Commission and State Commission could be distinguished on many grounds. Some of them are discussed below:
• Jurisdiction: The jurisdiction of National Commission extends to the whole of INDIA where as the state commission’s jurisdiction extends to the whole area of the state.
• Money: The district forum can hold the complaints up to the amount more than Rs 1 crores. Whereas the limit of the state commission regarding the complaints is from Rs 20Lakh to Rs 1Crores.
