The difference between deciduous & evergreen forests are as follows:
Deciduous Forests: They receive less rainfall and are thin in nature. They shed their leaves at a particular time and so appears green at a particular period. They are also known as Monsoon Forests.
Evergreen Forests: They receive heavy rainfall. These forests are dense in nature and their trees shed the leaves at different times and so, always appears green. They are also known as Tropical Rain Forest.
