Tropical Evergreen forests:

  • Tropical Evergreen forests flourish in the region which receives rainfall greater than 200 cm a year.  
  • Leaves are not shed from the tress present in Tropical Evergreen forests.  
  • Tropical evergreen forests are generally dense forests.  

Tropical Deciduous forests:

  • Tropical Deciduous forests are mainly grown in a region which receives rainfall ranging from 70 cm to 200 cm a year.  
  • Trees in the deciduous forests shed their leaves in winters.
  • Tropical Deciduous forests are less dense.
