Answer:
Stability :
A solution doesn't settle down when left undisturbed ie it is stable.
A colloid is also stable
A suspension is unstable
Filterability :
A solution can't be filtered as its particles are way too small
A colloid can't be filtered by normal filtration but by a process called ultrafilteration
A suspension can be filtered.
Type of mixture :
A solution is homogenous
A colloid is heterogeneous but appears to be homogenous
A suspension is heterogeneous

The differences are as follows:
Stability
- The true solution is stable as the solutes present in the solution do not settle down when left undisturbed.
- Suspension is unstable as the solutes do not mix properly and also settle down when left undisturbed.
- A colloidal solution is stable.
Filterability
- In a true solution, we cannot separate the solute and the solvent by filtration.
- Suspension particles can be separated by the use of filtration.
- The colloidal solution requires special filters called ultrafilters for filtration.
Type of mixture
- The true solutions are homogenous.
- Suspensions are heterogeneous.
- Colloidal solutions are also heterogeneous.
