Unicellular Organisms :

1. The single-celled organisms are known as unicellular organisms.

2. In These organisms all the life processes ( ie. Respiration, Digestion, Reproduction, Excretion ) occur within a single cell.

3. They can't be seen through naked eyes thus, they are called Microorganisms too.

4.They reproduce by the Asexual means of Reproduction.

Example : Bacteria, Yeast, Algae, Fungi etc.

Multicellular Organisms :

1. The organisms which consist of more than one cell are called Multicellular Organisms.

2. Different cells are responsible for different life processes thus, each cell is dependent on the other cells. Each cell works in coordination for the proper functioning of the organisms.

3. They can be seen through naked eyes and thus are complex organisms.

4. They reproduce both by Asexual and Sexual mode of Reproduction .

Example : Plants, Trees, Humans, Dogs etc.
