receptors means cell or anything which receives stimulus ( message) like pain receptor
effectors - which response the stimulus by doing some action in response to stimulus
voluntary- means which are in our control like we can move our hands account to our wish
involuntary - which are not in our control like cardiac muscles
exocrine means gland which have ducts like salivary glands
endocrine means glands which lack ducts and their secreation are called hormones
