The answer is following;
Utility: Utility is the urge of the consumer that makes him buy a certain product for the purpose of satisfaction. For example he sees and ad of a soap and buys it as per his desire to check it.
Satisfaction: It is the end result of the utility of the consumer. If the consumer is willing to buy the product again, it means he has reached his level of satisfaction. and vice versa.
