voluntary actions of our body are in our control whereas involuntary actions are not in our control.
involuntary actions are:- beating of heart , salvanisation in the mouth
iodised salt is advisable because it is rich in iodine which is helps in the production of thyroxin. moreover deficiency of iodine can lead to goitre so to prevent that iodised salt is advised.
