Weather and Climate:

The main difference between weather and climate is that weather is a short term change and climate refers to the long term change in the atmospheric conditions.

Weather change of an area can be defined as the day to day changes in the atmospheric conditions but climate, on the other hand, is the change in atmospheric conditions for long period. So, if we have to say about the changes in the atmosphere for previous day or for past week then, we would refer to it as weather of that area but, if we are talking about a long term change, say a change for 25 years then, the term used will be the climate.

Also, weather is a change occurring in the relatively smaller area but, climatic changes are global. Most of the weather phenomenon takes place in lower layer of atmosphere that is troposphere but, climatic changes are the overall change in the atmosphere.
