Grey matter :-
1). Grey matter is made up of nerve cell bodies.
2). Grey matter has no mylin sheath.
3). In the brain, grey matter occurs on the surface areas.
4). Grey matter occurs inside the spinal cord.
5). Grey matter occupies 40% of the brain.

White matter:-
1). White matter is made up of fibres
2). White matter has mylin sheath
3). In the brain, white matter occurs in the cortex.
