equable climate is the normal climate which gives both cold and hot climate in same amount so the population is high density in this area eg. plains ,delta region .

extreme climate made decrease of life forms because his have too cold climate or too hot climate so the population is low density in this area eg. desert and polar regions

Equable climate is that period when there is roughly equal temperature throughout the world. Because of the close location of the sea which has influence on temperature, this causes equable climate. Severe, unpredictable, unusual weather or weather at extreme are included in extreme weather.
