Distinguish - extrinsic and intrinsic factors-

  • intrinsic factors are those which are internal factors which govern certain conditions. in biology, the intrinsic factor is a protein factor in the intestine which helps in absorbing vitamin B12.
  • extrinsic factors are the external factors which govern certain conditions. in biology, the extrinsic factor is the vitamin B12 in the stomach which is absorbed by the glyco protein present in the intestine known as intrinsic factor.
