US government has bi- party system.

India has multi - party system.

This has increased the competition among two parties in US because if governing party doesn't work accordingly other party will win the next election.

Thus there is cut throat competition to win and maintain the seat.

Whereas in india to make government is a big deal for one party alone due to the numbers of party in various states .

The government of "purna bahumat " means having the number of votes required to make government by a single party is a tough job.

Both these countries are democratic .

But this is what make difference.

Other differences are as follows -

Their is none like prime minister and cheif minister in US.

President is the sole head of nation And Governor is head of state.

India have superficial head like president and governor but the real head of country is Prime Minister and Chief Minister in case of a state.

Hope U find my ans helpful dear user@Karthick3860.
