Thermoplastics : - Plastics which have a linear arrangement of molecules are thermoplastics. These plastics can be deformed easily on heating and can be remoulded into a new shape.

Thermosetting plastics : - Plastics which have a cross - linked arrangement of molecules are called thermosetting plastics.
