Hi Mate ! Here is your answer ! Please mark as brainliest if you liked it :)

Explanation:

The difference between folding and faulting is that folding is the pressure of converging plates causing the crust to fold and buckle, resulting in the creation of mountains and hills and faulting is where cracks in the earth's rock are created because of different movement of tectonic plates.

Answer:

Folding is a result of techtonic movement . It happens when two plates converge and the sediments moves upwards causing the formation of a fold mountain. for ex- Himalayas, Alps etc.

Faulting is a result when cracks develop in a plate due to convection current and the middle one falls down between the two parallel cracks resulting into the formation of a fault called rift valley.

for ex- The fault between vindhya range and satpura range.
