the distribution of rainfall is uneven in India since Western area receives very less rainfall and therefore it is mostly covered with dessertsin the Eastern part of a country receives maximum rainfall and therefore the area is covered with greenery the rainfall depends on the direction of monsoon winds since when the branch of Arabian sea wanted to reach in Gujarat and parts of Rajasthan it is deflected by the Western ghats in other parts of our country
