India is one of the 12 mega biodiversity countries. The India's is very rich in Flora and Fauna.
The distribution of wildlife in India are in the following :-
- The elephants are found in Assam, Karnataka and Kerala.
- One horned rhinoceros are found in Assam and west Bengal.
- Gir Forest is the last remaining of Asiatic loins.
- Peacock, ducks, parakeets, cranes are some birds found in forest of the county.
- Tigers and leopards aren't mainly found in the forest of Madhya Pradesh.
- India is the only country with the habitat of lions and tigers in the world.
- In Himalayan region Ladakh is a home of yak and ox.
- In the coastal areas theres a huge quantity of Crocodiles, Gharials and turtles.
