They are in the stage of rapid growth or puberty. good nutrition input is required as they need more healthy diet than other group of people.the main features of adolescent population is the size of its adolescent population.it constitues one fifth of the total population . adolescent are generally grouped in the age group of 10 to 19 year. They are most important resource which will help in future.
