Required Solution:

 {\underline {\boxed {\Large {\bf \purple{  Option \: D!} }}}}

Here, we have to divide Rs. 1000 in the ratio of 3:2. So, firstly let us assume the parts as 3x and 2x respectively. (here,x is constant natural number).

Now, let's form an algebraic equation in order to find the value of x and the value of the parts.

According to the question,

 \longrightarrow \sf { 3x +2x = 1000 }

  • Forming a linear equation.

 \longrightarrow \sf { 5x = 1000 }

  • Performing addition.

 \longrightarrow \sf { x = \dfrac{1000}{5} }

  • Transposing 5 from LHS to RHS.

 \longrightarrow \sf \red { x =200 }

So, the value of x is 200.

Now, calculating parts :

 \longrightarrow \sf { First \: part = 3x}

 \longrightarrow \sf { First \: part = 3(200)}

 \longrightarrow \sf \red { First \: part = 600}

Also,

 \longrightarrow \sf { Second \: part = 2x}

 \longrightarrow \sf { Second \: part = 2(200)}

 \longrightarrow \sf \red { Second \: part = 400}

Henceforth,

  • Option D is correct. ( 600 & 400 )
