“Diversity is like a colourful painting.  The colours are different but the values of each colour is the same”.  How is this statement relevant in context to India ?

India is a diverse country. There are people from different region. Each region has a unique language, traditional dress, culture and tradition. People are poor and rich . There are people of different groups. But according to democracy and our constitution, they are all treated equally.
