divide 1 month profit of rupees 10000 between Ramesh and Ravi In A ratio in a 1 : 4

Total amout of Profit of Ramesh and Ravi = 10000₹
let the part of Ramesh = x
amd part of Ravi = 4x
so, 5x = 10000
x=10000/5 = 2000₹
so ramesh profit= 2000 and Ravi profit = 4x = 4×2000 = 8000₹
