Given that 2/3of one part os equal to 2/5 of the other part.

= > (2/3)x = (2/5) * (120 - x)

= > 2x/3 = 2(120 - x)/5

= > 10x = 6(120 - x)

= > 10x = 720 - 6x

= > 10x + 6x = 720

= > 16x = 720

= > x = 45.

Then the other part will be 120 - 45 = 75.

Therefore the two parts are 45 and 75
