Here, we can also use reminder theorem :-

g(x) = 7x - 1 = 0

=> 7x = 1

=> x = 1/7

p(x) = 14 x² + 19 x - 3

 =  > 14x {}^{2}  + 19x - 3 \\  \\  =  > \cancel{ 14 }  \: {}^{2}   \times  \frac{1}{ \cancel{ \: 7}  }\times  \frac{1}{7}  + 19 \times  \frac{1}{7} -  3 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{2}{7}  +  \frac{19}{7}   - 3 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{2 + 19  - 21}{7}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{21 - 21}{7}  \\  \\  \bold{ =  > 0.}
